You have a few choices. You can run PSPP on GNU/Linux or on Mac OS.
You can find an old build of PSPP for Windows; if you look around, I
think that they exist, but they are not up to date. You can build PSPP
for Windows yourself, although if you are not a developer then this
will be a lot of work.
