libiconv_set_relocation_prefix could not be located in the dynamic link library libiconv-2.dll

Hi all:

When I compile glib-2.12.3 in Mingw in Windows XP, It can be compiled , but 
when I run exe file , It occured error: 

The procedure entry point libiconv_set_relocation_prefix could not be located 
in the dynamic link library libiconv-2.dll

I use libiconv-1.11 and gettext-015 that get from 
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=148008
