[Bug-gnubg] My move not always analysed at 2-ply

I've noticed that if my move is really far down the move list it only gets 
analysed at 0-ply even though I'm doing a World Class analysis.

I would always expect GnuBg to analyse the actual move at the top setting for 
two reasons:
a) I always do it by hand, just to try to reduce my error :(
b) The match stats won't be accurate because you aren't comparing like with 
like. 2-ply and 0-ply evaluations are often very different.
