Let's just wait a week or so before we start using it.

I think we should start by just adding new bugs, and if the tool
actually works, it's centainly worthwhile to "migrate" existing bugs and
feature requests into the bug tracker.

I thought about adding a new menu entry "Report bugs" under Help that
launches the user's browser and redirects to ht URL above. Does anyone
have a clue about how to do this?
