I've run indent on the code so that it use GNU setting, tell me if there
is any specific indent options I should use on further contributions.

to know if they'll be released under LGPL:
- poll
- unlocked-io
- extensions
- realloc
- getline
- time_r
- tzset
- gettimeofday
- restrict
- more to come :)
