Problem with fgrep 2.5.1

Hello,

Recently I have figured out a problem with the "fgrep" using the 2 attached
files.



            *$fgrep –version*

fgrep (GNU grep) 2.5.1

*PROBLEM Description:*

                        *$fgrep –v –f ref_passed results/passed*

                        à Returns nothing

                        à Although the line "./e_hvl_2/src/coverage_21" is
found in file results/passed and not found in file ref_passed



                        i.e.

                        $ grep ./e_hvl_2/src/coverage_21 ref_passed

$ grep ./e_hvl_2/src/coverage_21 results_passed

./e_hvl_2/src/coverage_21
