Ok, then we should document that the user must:
- apt-get install vim-addon-manager (this was not installed on my wheezy
system)
- vim-addons install gtypist
@Tim: This needs to be corrected in the manual (it currently says that
gtypist.vim will automatically be active). Does that warrant a 2.9.2
release (we also have the problem that ktouchOLD2typ.pl is not included)?
