[bug-gtypist] 2.9.5 release

Hi,

I'm going to look at a couple of bugs on the tracker, and then shall I
do a 2.9.5 release?  I feel that the recent issue with inaccurate
calculation of WPM/CPM[1] is severe enough to warrant one.

Ben, I think there's been talk about Debian's upcoming jessie freeze on
their mailing lists, hasn't there?.  (I don't recall when it's planned
for exactly.)  It'd be good to get 2.9.5 out/in before then -- would
you be able to help with that?
