Yes, that's correct.  (Assuming you mean gh_* and scm_*)

Can you let us know what version you're using, and which functions are
missing?

No, not yet, unfortunately.

There isn't one.  We've had the beginnings of projects for Python, TCL
and a C-like language called ctax, but nothing reached completion yet.
