I found it at
<http://mirror.linux.org.au/linux/utils/kernel/module-init-tools/module-init-tools-3.16.tar.bz2>
and
<http://ftp.be.debian.org/pub/linux/utils/kernel/module-init-tools/module-init-tools-3.16.tar.bz2>
with the same hash (0jxnz9ahfic79rp93l5wxcbgh4pkv85mwnjlbv1gz3jawv5cvwp1).
Commit 5d9cd70 adds these two mirrors, as a stop-gap measure.

Indeed. I haven’t found anything mentioning the removal of that
version, but it’d be great to know more about that...
Thanks,
Ludo’.
