All changes are _required_ for successfully compiling the Hurd with gcc-3.3.
"KERN_DEBUG ## msg" is obviously an error because KERN_DEBUG is string
literal ("<7>"). Before 3.3 it only gives warning. Probably it have
been turned into error along with the multi-line string literals change.
<varargs.h> is mentioned in the last item of "Caveats".
