Well, in X.Org the person running the tinderbox is also the one checking
the results; and he sends mails to the developer list whenever the
results indicate that a new commit broke something.
It means a bus factor of 1 -- but that's true of the tinderbox as a
whole anyways... And I guess it's the same here.
