GNU Parallel Bug Reports niceload implementation for darwin

Hello!

Here is an implementation of the various niceload "status",
for Darwin (i.e. Mac OS X). It uses the same policy as Linux,
that is do two samples - first line returns cumulative values
since system startup and second line has last second average.

For the "io", I used the total MB/s reported instead of %util.
Perhaps not ideal, and I saw that it was debated earlier, but
should at least give an indication on when the disk is idle ?
(I normalized the value to max 10, since that "matches" %/10)
