The problem is NOT what the CHS is of the *drive*. (I was asking
that, "BTW", just-in-case, but that's not the issue...)
The problem is that the LBA and CHS description for the partitions
(in the partition table) is different. That's why I asked you to
print out the partition table in expert mode in fdisk (it shows
the CHS and LBA partition geometry).
