Sorry, don't know English :) but I'll try to explain:
this all process looks like the user got new harddisk of the same size, 
partitioned/created filesystems on it from scratch and copied data from her old 
disk.
So the part we need from parted is partition discovery and creating.
Data copying(moving) user does herself (with conventional tools).
