Yes to all of the above :)  (Not that you need permission)

Note: you aren't allowed to restrict the distribution of GNU Parted.
So, you shouldn't say, for example "you may not copy the contents
of this CD".  It must be licenced under the GNU GPL.

You (probably) need two files:

        partboot.img
        partroot-1.6.5.img

The first file is generic (any linux boot disk could be used), but it
is convenient to provide it.
