Win Libparted

Hi!

I know that Libparted only runs in GNU/Linux, and this question could be
considered off-topic, but I am looking for an implementation of
Libparted (or similar) that can run in MS Windows, I'm very interested
in managing partitions the same way as Libparted does (specially
resizing partitions).

Does anyone know that library?
