Hello,

My point is that, libparted may be ported to windows quite easy. There
nothing complex, just a little bit coding. One should re-implement
everything in system dependent part like linux.c or gnu.c does.

If one things I'm wrong, will be glad to see an explanation :) And
discuss this more detailed :)
