Ok i'm not the one that is in the best place to answer you but as no one answer
you yet i'll do it. The current version 1.6.6 is in need of a small fix (that
we know). We are at the moment trying to get another repositories online to
work... If you prefer to have the sources now we can send it to you with the
small patch..
In fact, i think the debian packages is in the fix state and you can get the sources from there
http://packages.qa.debian.org/p/parted.html
