Assertion ((C * heads + H) * sectors + S == A) at disk_dos.c:582 in function probe_partition_for_geom() failed. perhaps this is becuase its a USB flash memory drive... who knows.
Which version of Parted is this? Please try version 1.8.1 from ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/parted/ Happy hacking, Debarshi -- Universities are places of knowledge. The freshman each bring a little in with them, and the seniors take none away, so knowledge accumulates.
