Hi.  I have corresponded previously with Anurag Gupta on this topic.  I
already have the updated config.{guess,sub} in the bash and readline
source trees, and the ppc64le support will be there when bash-4.3 and
readline-6.3 are released.  I am about to put out the second release
candidate of both, so final release is close.
