[bug-recutils] recins, recset change the files mode

Calls to mkstemp create files with the -rw------- mode. It is penalizing when 
multi-user access is needed.
I wrote a patch for recutl.c 1.1 that restores the initial file attributes. Are 
there some obvious counter-indications to this policy?
