Two or three years ago I started a github site for ob-rec.el but never went past the most rudimentary items.

Details:

I wrote some doc for ob-rec.el. Please find attached.

I wrote it against 1.7.91. I have not checked it is still accurate for 1.8.

Please let me know if you need it in a different format (e.g. md, info). I was
unsure what was appropriate so I did it in plain text.
