[Bug-wget] 1.18, w64: filename marquee repeats last character

Hi,

with a filename of a download longer than 19 characters it is scrolled
during the download (like a marquee), which has improved since 1.16.
However, the last character keeps on being repeated.

A quick fix for this is to just put on every (displayed) filename a
trailing space: this way the "last" character will always be "cleared"
when scrolling.

I included the overall call (requested URI) in case you want to
exactly reproduce my case. I also included the version print in case
that helps identifying the problem.
