You are right and i am too thrifty to pay for this document or its
successors.
So i clarified in the docs of libisofs, libisoburn, and xorriso that
"ISO 9660:1999" means the tree which begins at an Enhanced Volume
Descriptor (aka ISO 9660:1999) as of ECMA-119 4th Edition.
API symbols, CLI keywords, program messages, and most of internal code
will not be changed.
