[PATCH] Fix missing dependency on chicken.process-context.posix.import.scm

Hi,

The attached patch fixes yet another breakage caused by 8ce5a7bfd: in
that change, batch-driver.scm has started using
chicken.process-context.posix, but the build rules were not updated to
reflect this dependency.

I bothered to test the build with 4, 8, 12, 24 and 36 jobs, but not with
1 (sequential build), which spots the issue.  This was caught by our
salmonella machines.
