If we standardise these I think we should do so with cross project (eg: GCJ,
Classpath, Paperclips, etc...) approval. I would like someone to volunteer
to be an ANT evangelist... we can then put that someone on the gnu java
discussion lists and they can co-ordinate with other project leaders.

IMHO the targets should be the same as the GNU standard Makefile targets.
