Hi,
The attached patch (plus the new files attached) brings us up to date to
the following specifications and the latests errata. Note that some of
the files removed by this patch came from an early W3C Candidate
Recommendation for Dom Level 2 (the html package was never adopted, but
moved to the html2 package for example).
