All coreutils tests pass on macOS Catalina (darwin 19.2.0),
with the attached adjustments to two tests.
In summary this adjusts for apfs not creating holes < 16MiB,
and darwin allowing (dereferencing) trailing slashes on symlinks to files.
There are also some gnulib failures I've not looked into.
