Improve dircolors accessibility and readability

Hi,
I want to suggest a small change that can improve dircolors default 
accessibility.

The current default (view default screenshot) is:

OTHER_WRITABLE 34;42 # dir that is other-writable (o+w) and not sticky

that is not easy to read.

I'm using 

OTHER_WRITABLE 30;42 # dir that is other-writable (o+w) and not sticky

to improve the readability of this kind of directories.

I'm wondering if this can become a new default.
