Dear GNU Radio webmaster(s),
Please investigate the captcha presented to TOR users visiting
http://gnuradio.org/releases/gnuradio/gnuradio-3.7.10.1.tar.gz. wget
returns a 403. Is it only because it does not run JavaScript, or because
the JavaScript is non-free? Does the captcha work from a web browser
with GNU LibreJs installed?
