if you are looking for a recommendation i suggest pagure http://pagure.io/pagure
there are actually many fine options including 'gitea', kalithea, and the
others we evaluated for notabug last year - you can see the comparison result
here https://ethercalc.org/choose-the-git-host.html
those are self hosting solutions BTW - notabug and pagure are the only ones i
would recommend that host a fully operating service open to the public with all
of the features you are probably expecting
not to omit GNU savannah, but it may not have all of the features you are
probably expecting coming from the octopuss host, such as web-based pull
requests
