any inaccurate information in the directory could be updated -
that is precisely how the entry can remain relevant and useful -
if some change is truly minor, then it would not affect the
usefulness of the entry - if some change affects the usefulness
of the entry, then it is not a minor change - either way, it
never hurts to keep things up-to-date

in this case, i do not see any incorrect information though -
the license in the github repo is the same as the one in the
sourceforge tarball; and the FSD entry does not even mention a
license
