Please remove the Behistun entry

Hello FSD volunteers,

After several years of being listed as a GNU project, Behistun still
hasn't released any package. So the GNU Maintainers Coordinators
<maintainers@gnu.org> have decided to decommission it and remove it
from all GNU package lists until any form of software becomes available.
They would like you to remove the Behistun entry from the Free Software
Directory as well. Thank you!
