use ProjectCenter, it does it for you...;-)

There are eflags which you can use, eg

name_ADDITIONAL_TOOL_LIBS +=  (for tools)

or

name_LIBRARIES_DEPEND_UPON += (for libs)

or

name _ADDITIONAL_GUI_LIBS += (for apps)
