backend under Win2000

Thank for the previous answers.
After investigating further, its seems that the graphical application can't 
find the class backend in the bundle. Has anyone got
the same problem ?
My config :
MinGw 2.0.0-3
gnustep core 1.5.0
 You can find enclose the output with debuging option.
