New maintainer for CDPlayer.app

Hi all,
I recently found out the CDPlayer.app (the GNUstep one, not the WINGs one) is 
kind of orphaned. The thing didn't compile anymore against recent versions of 
GNUstep and was obviously 3 years old.
Since the original author does not have time anymore to maintain it, I have 
taken over the tool and present it again to the community. It is nothing 
special, just a CD playing thing (which is what it is supposed to do due to its 
name :-). Nevertheless I have some plans with it for the future.
