I'm pleased to announce Charla 0.01

Charla is a GNUstep IRC client. Ok, my big dilemma with it right now: There's
apparently already a Charla.app!  Any good name suggestions?  Email them to me
at aeruder@yahoo.com and a little explanation of why that name if its not
extremely obvious.  Thanks!
