"Developers" is a page with misc. stuff for developers. "Developer" is a
list of development tools and apps. The names aren't good, but merging
would be wrong.

Most "developer" pages in the wiki are for developers using GNUstep.
DevelopingGNUstep is for developers _of_ GNUstep, ie. those of us
actually working on gnustep-base, -gui, etc.
