What do those flags do?

Does this mean I can't just use the InstallGNUstep script in gnustep- 
startup?


Sorry for all the questions but I'm in over my head here. This is all  
totally un-Mac-like and I've not really got a clue what I'm doing! I  
just wanted to port a cocoa app to GNUstep so it'd run on Linux!
