gnustep sound daemon

Hi,

maybe I'm missing something, but is there a reason why the sound
daemon (gsnd) doesn't get build even if you specify --enable-gsnd?
Looking at the makefiles in gui/Tools, make can't even step into the
gsnd subdirectory because it isn't referenced.
