Uhm, I just checked with 0.92 -- the top-level configure script
actually checks GNUSTEP_LOCAL_ROOT and if found uses it for
WPrefs.app's installation. Up till now WPrefs.app was installed
somewhere in /usr/X11R6/ so maybe that bit got corrected.
