Yes, users/customers usually do not know the tagline. But the project
members should use it in their communication. There is one level of
indirection involved...

:-))) And if we choose another one, the groups will reverse their
roles.
So, we should not vote at all - it will become a tie. 100% sure.
I think Gregory as the GNUstep Chief Maintainer should make some
decision.
And, there is another research result: 50% of all decisions are wrong.
