I'm happy with moving it to the weekend.  The building is locked, but  
I can let people in and hopefully get some visitor cards with access  
issued.

The flat underneath mine is currently empty.  If people are  
interested, I can talk to the landlady and see if she'd be willing to  
rent it to us for the week of the hackathon - it would probably be  
cheaper per-person than a B&B.  There are three bedrooms and a living  
room, so it could comfortably hold four people for the duration, and I  
have at least one spare room in my flat, so let me know if you need  
accommodation and I will try to arrange something.
