Where download you ProjectCenter-0.5.0.setup?. As I know, there isn't 
any installer to Windows. If you want use PC, you need download this 
from SVN:

ProjectCenter

And build it. Remember that ProjectCenter can't run with WinUXTheme. 
Maybe you need something like:

defaults write ProjectCenter GSTheme ''

to run with default theme.
