Hi,
What did you compile yourself? It could be that you have two different
versions of libobjc installed and base is using one and our
application the other. Try to run ldd on your executable.
I compiled applications, things like LaternaMagica for example.
Here my ldd:

ineed, there are two libobjc.so libraries! darn! Do you think this is
because debian updated the compiler but *not* the gnustep package
smaking a hideous mess? It appears so. Nice mess.
