For the case someone wants to revive it, a tarball of the sources is on the GNUstep ftp:
ftp://ftp.gnustep.org/pub/gnustep/libs/3DKit-0.3.0.tar.gz
In this context it may be worth pointing out that the author of 3DKit seems to have wanted to develop a renderer similar to what 3D modeling and animation tools have (Blender, 3DS Max, etc) -- and not "just" a scene-graph library, which is what GLKit (mostly) seems to be.
