This one almost worked a while ago:
Try with the latest pretest:
ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/emacs/pretest/emacs-24.2.93.tar.xz
This have improvements to compile with GNUstep.
but is no longer there.
Anyone knowing where it went or some other tar with changes to let it compile
OK under gnu step ?
Prefer XEmacs but Emacs is fine too.
XEmacs is motif only I think.
Emacs had indeed a GS build, I tried building the current emacs with
GNUstep and failed.
It would be quite nice to have a current and working GS Emacs.
