I see. I do question his reasoning though. Porting GNUstep to android has happened twice. Once with Apportable and again by Ivan Vucica (who got foundation compiling). Porting GNUstep omis by far easier than rewriting it. So, while its an admirable project, it will take a lot longer than he thinks to get everything done.
