In recent versions of Ubuntu/Debian it should work because libBlocksRuntime
finally exports its symbols weakly so that libobjc2 can override them. But the
libdispatch fork from nickhutchinson's repository still has a major advantage:
It exposes a file descriptor that will become readable whenever the main queue
has work to do. NSRunLoop now uses this to drain the main queue.
